no longer interested in package

On the 22 September 2015 I received a call from a Cell C consultant and agreed to the package because of the contents of the package not the Phone. he said they have a special of (Microsoft 430 Lumia dual sim with either a iPad or laptop, I agreed to it because of the laptop or iPad. when they delivered on the 26th September only a phone was delivered I did not want to accept the package as it was incomplete but the delivery persuaded me to as he advised me that they normal do not deliver the full package I then signed and accepted it. I called the consultant I was talking who then advised me that if I want either an iPad or laptop the package amount will change I then advised him that I'm no longer interested in the contract he asked me to call their office to cancel. I did and was told they are going to listen to the recordings and come back to me. I week went by not being contacted, I emailed and the other consultant called me to hear my story he told me the same story they are going to listen to recording and call me back and no has. I need Cell C to come collect their phone, I haven't opened the package its still sealed and CANCEL this contract
