no longer interested in package

on the 13th October I made a query with Cell C, their agent Funiswa contacted me and I told her I'm no longer interested in the contract they must collect their phone. The phone is still sealed in their package she said I waited long to reject the phone. I then advised her that I called Cell C & emailed a letter to them on receipt of package, she then asked me to emailed the letter I emailed to Cell C and I did. I have been waiting for her response, emailed her to ask for an update but she has not responded to my email and I still waiting for Cell C to collect their phone they now emailed me about not receiving payment.
