NO LIMITS AND END IN SIGHT TO THE INCOMPETENCY OF CELL C STAFF

This is the second report I'm posting on hellopeter regarding the same matter. I’ve been having an extremely serious problem with Cell C. They sold me a contract via phone, **** about the amount, the data never worked, I cancelled the contract. cell c then continued to charge the *****ulant amount and finally blacklisted me. I’ve been trying for many months to make contact with a person at cell c to assist me without any success.

Everytime I speak to a person, I clearly indicate I CAN”T BE REACHED DURING THE MORNING EVER. Today I received a voice message. The man claimed to be working at cell c head office. He indicated he couldn’t reach me . REALLY!!!!!!!!! So he said I should contact “Trevor” . He mumbled a number that I couldn’t hear. Something like 084 8 414…… ??????? I started calling cell c numbers 1. ***The lady indicated she didn’t know cell c head office and gave me the following number : ***. 2. I called ***. They gave me the following number: ***. 3. I called ***. They said they don’t know head office. I explained the problem and they couldn’t assist me. I am extremely fed up with cell c. I NEED TO CONTRACT DATA IN ORDER TO DO MY JOB AND CAN’T DO SO UNTIL CELL C REMOVES ME FROM BLACKLISTING.WITH *********** EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS THERE IS NO HOPE.
