No legal Services

<p>So i have been trying to get a hold of Cell C's legal department for 3 days now. each time i am on hold waiting for an operator for 20mins at a time before i hang up and call back just to wait another 20mins. this is crazy as i havent yet been able to get a hold of them. so does Cell C have 3000 people doing outbound calls and just 1 person answering 1 inboud telephone line ? maybe rather then sending 30 sms's a day telling you about data bundles they sould actually provide other services as well.</p>
