NO KNOWLEDGE ON THE PROCEDURES

1. I called last week Monday or Tuesday to unblacklist my Blackberry I was asked for the IMEI no and ITC no. which I gave to the agent and told it will take 24-48 hrs<br> 2. Called again on Friday and told the previous agent never did anything on the account and the person took my details again and said to wait 24-48 hours from Monday<br> 3. Today I called and was given 2 strings to be able to make incoming and outgoing calls <br> 4. Called again today and was told by a guy that my phone was never blacklisted and I needed to go to the nearest Cell C store<br> 5. Received a Supplementary error on my phone, called again was transferred to a the technical department and the agent told me I needed to go to the Police station and get an affidavit and it will takes weeks for the phone to be unblacklisted. Don't think anyone knows what to do<br>
