NO JOY WITH CELLC
Most institutions would understand that customer services plays a HUGE role in the growth of their business. Cellc just DOES NOT CARE!!! I have logged a complaint via several channels and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY JOY!!!! My contact was concluded on the 15/09/2023. WITH AN EXPECTATION OF DELIVERY BEING DONE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. Cellc delivers on the 26/09/2023, however the courier company refused to dispatch the devices to me due to Cellc providing incorrect info to them. Cellc (the social Media Team and Sales consultant who concluded my contract confirmed on email on the 28/09/2023 that this issue has been rectified. I quote "The error had been rectified and we trying to arrange delivery at soonest" Cellc cannot deliver service / CANNOT DELIVER MY DEVICES .. unable to meet customer expectation 0/10!!!!
