No joy receiving my bundles

The guy who called me about the upgrade last week promised me that I will never lose the bundles I didn't use for the past 3 months, and to my surprise my sim card got activated 02.12.2015 and they are not there.<br> Where did they go to?<br> I sent an email then the lady called on Wednesday and told me she was going to pull the recording out and she will get back to me, up till today she hasn't called me back, then Friday I received a call from one guy after sending the 5th email to them and he also promised to come back to me within 24 hours, 56 hours has passed and no one came back to me. I am now winning with cell c at all. I truly and honestly don't know what to do or who to contact with my cell c problems, this is the second complain. I had 2 complaint in two days and it took them a while to resolve my first problem for this month, and the second one hasn't been resolved yet and I am loosing faith in cell c now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE COME BACK TO ME ASAP.
