NO JOY IN CHANGING ID NUMBER FOR DELIVERY OF PHONE

After numerous attempts over a period of 4-6 years, we still have no joy in changing my Id number for the purpose of upgrading and delivery of my cell phone. On 1 July 2015, I phoned the Call Center and the operator took my new Id Number but on delivery on the 2nd, still the old id number. Spoke to a Ms Pate, on the 2nd and she said she can not help me, I need to phone deliveries. Deliveries advised me to speak to Customer Care, Customer Care advised me to speak to Upgrades, Upgrades advised me to speak to Deliveries. No one takes responsibility for their actions, and I the customer and consumer must be content with this kind of service delivery, I THINK NOT!!!!! I humbly request Hello [URL Removed] to assist me .
