No joy from HelloPeter review!

I wrote a review about Cell C's contract buy out option, I have been waiting since 29/04 for my compliments card to be loaded with the specified amount, in order to complete the switch. The card is supposed to be loaded within 24 - 48 hours. Still nothing. I received two requests for my contact details from Cell C, in response to my review, but have heard nothing after that and my problem is not fixed. Very bad experience, very disappointing, very frustrating!
