No ITC number received for blacklisting 1 week ago
On the 13th March 2016, I called Cell C customer care to blacklist my phone that was ******. After one week, Cell C still has not provided me with an ITC number.<br> <br> I need this ITC number urgently to claim from my insurance.<br> <br> Will Cell C pay for my iPhone??? My claim is being held back because of Cell C. <br> <br> My Ref No. is *** & ***.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed in Cell C. Not to mention every time I call in - I need to repeat my story to so many different people.
