No Iphone stock, no call back 3 Months!
Due for an upgrade in Jan 2022. I am an iPhone user, however no iPhones in stock and no eta for stock arrival. Consultant says I should call every month to inquire if stock has arrived. I say this is unacceptable, they should inform me if stock arrives. Got called by a manager saying that they would drop my monthly premium until iPhone stock arrived. 3 months later, no drop in premium, no call back on stock. Multiple complaint calls and email sent. 0 interest in trying to resolve my query .
