No iphone anywhere for my upgrade

Im Due for an upgrade, went into canal walk store,staff friendly and all, wanted to upgrade to iphone 11. Staff inform me no cell c has stock anywhere and they have no idea when they will receive. I understand with the crisis there could be shipping issues, but they have all other Samsung's and android phones. Why dont they pull ALL their iphone adverti*****ts and marketing then if you cant get the phone. Just bad planning, I have no other choice but to go to a other network who will supply me with the device i want and have stock. Wanted to support cellc as ive been with them for 10 years,but they cant help me
