NO INVOICES OR STATEMENTS

In 2015 I lost my job and was unable to pay my Cell C cell phone accounts on numbers *** and ***. Cell C apparently handed over my accounts to debt collectors.Cell C never informed me or gave me notice of the contact details or person for these companies. In September 2015 I managed to find employment and started to make payments in both accounts by paying amounts in to the Cell C Nedbank account. I have phoned their collections department and no one is able to assist me with the correct details of who I should phone to resolve this matter.I am paying money in t their account on a monthly basis but they are unable to give me any statements or Invoices of what is outstanding on these accounts. They want their money and threaten with legal action but they cant even give you a simple statement, invoice or contact person to resolve this matter they are totally unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I am also paying back my accounts at Vodacom and MTN and they are sending me monthly statements and invoices as any reasonable person will expect to receive. So much for Cell c they are useless I am frustrated and Irritated with their poor assistance.
