No internet service

As per my previous complaint in June 2017 , regarding poor internet connection . There has been no inprovement . Just get told lies everytime i call the call centre . Furthermore they threatened to charge me cancellation penalties although i am paying almost 2 years for a service that cellc failed to provide . Never is there any senior available to handle my call . Just a bunch of *********** ***** . Why must i continue paying for so.ething that does not work and the service provider gets awat with my hard earned money .
