No internet service

For the last 2 days there has been no internet service on the cell c network! This is ridiculous! I run a business from home and need internet service on my phone on a daily basis. I see there is reports about a problem in the area but no updates. When is this problem going to be fixed???? Fix it now please and report to the public who is paying for a service that is impossible to use!!!!!
