NO INTERNET ON CELL C

For 2-3 years, I am complaining about the CellC network connection, where I am living. I would be working on the internet and then suddenly, there will be no internet. I am unable to connect to the alternative Vodacom network. Though I repeatedly reported this problem, never did the technical department refer this to the network team. Everytime (daily) I will be provided with network settings - how often is this changed?

For the last 3 weeks, most of the time, the icon that shows my mobile connection(4G H+) does not even show. I even did a SIM swop. Last week Wednesday, I reported the problem on Facebook. Thursday morning, I received a call that the network team will investigate the problem. They will give me feedback within 24-48 hours. No mention that this does not include the weekend and public holiday. Sunday, when I called as the 48 hours are not past, I am informed that the network team does not work on weekends. Problem is: This was not communicated to me, and I work on weekends!!! Today, between 11:00 and 15:00, I had internet. Now it is missing again - no icon and unable to connect to Vodacom and MTN. 24-48 hours passed and I still do not have feedback as promised and for the most of the last 3 weeks, I do not have internet. Do I get refunded for the alternative data I had to buy?

Thank You! The agent called me, undertook to do a refund. I experienced some technical problems but he kept following up, informing me that he did not yet receive my email, and then kept me updated. I received the refund. Thank you to this agent and team! (now please give training to customer care on the correct procedures to follow)
