No interest in resolving issues
So much for trying to resolve issues with Cell C. No wonder Cell C needs a financial bail out every few years. They refuse to stop running unauthorised debit orders. Their attitude on my previous Hello Peter listing was shocking, no interest in refunding all the bank charges for the past year that they incurred by running unauthorised debit orders on dates that was not agreed when signing the contract. If Cell C wants me to continue with this contract, this will be resolved by them or its as simple as moving to Vodacom and getting a new number. Seems like another banner on Beyers Naude is a good idea

As per our call and the investigation if you reverse your debit orders there will be charges. If you reverse a debit order that was supposed to go off rightfully as per your contractual agreement with Cell C, we will try again to debit. Please make sure that your debit orders are successful every month to avoid charges.

No one is reversing debit orders!! Cell C is debiting my account between the 25th and 30th of the month. We signed a debit order agreement for the 15th!!
