No intention to assist customers with Covid-19 relief
No service or assistance from CellC. Have been trying for almost a month to get COVID-19 assistance from CellC. They do not read requests just a standard response to provide the following documents. After following up on several occasions I am still nowhere and running in circles. They hope to frustrate the customers that they will give up.
