No Integrity @ Cell C

Cell C offers ‘Power in your hands’ only to take it back with their other hand.

I called Cell C to cancel my LTE data contract (sim only) but subsequently my situation changed and I decided to keep the Cell C contract.

I called Cell C again to reverse the instruction and was assured that the manager on duty would do so immediately.

Today is the first of the month and I woke up to NO INTERNET. I’ve called Cell C this morning only to be told my contract has been permanently closed. The manager forgot to action my instruction.

I am so so so so sick of the pathetic ‘service’ I’ve received from this awful company. Customer service and integrity seriously lacking at Cell C!
