No information given by Cell c

<p>I upgraded my cell c ********** 222 contract on 27/11/2016 at sandton city shop. I was upgraded to Samsung s7 with pinnacle 250 scheme at 699 pm. I was attended at store by Mr Tebz. After a week I was reading Cell c monthly booklet and found that on the very same contract a customer gets Samsung j2 free with Samsung s7. Today evening when I went to sandton city store, Mr Tebz was rude to me and said sorry he has activated the scheme without Samsung j2 as Samsung j2 was not in stocks at that time. My point is why dint he inform me that I am eligible for Samsung j2 and that is already printed in their booklet . Now they deny that they won't give me the Samsung j2. Either I want the entire contract cancelled and may be I buy another phone or I want the free phone which I am eligible for . The Samsung s7 which I upgraded is still sealed pack I haven't opened the box yet. Please help. </p>
