Since 2012 I am having problems with cell c no in question has not being used but up untill now I am being charged I have send through a cancellation letter which was confirmed that line will be cancelled numerous e mails phone calls to c cell just to come back to me and said they will not refund me I have all the communication that I have send through for what reason lucky Mpofu.All does not want to refund me I have no idea he doesn't want to take any of my calls after they gave me the run around numerous of stress.Consultant push me from one to another or drop the phone in my ear.Personal I think this is putrid service it is really cell c for yourself the emails with cancellation letter was send to luck and mohammed some of the senior persons up untill today I am still waiting for the CEO to respond or email me back I contacted him August this year a Mr malumga.They are deducting R700.00 every month from my account.I had enough of cell c and totally fed up.Please Help.Ursula Carney/Reddy
