No IMEI number
CellC insurance issued me with a replacement laptop that has a serial number only. No IMEI number. However when I claim for a repair on the new laptop, they insist I should send them an IMEI number. Where should I get the number from? The device doesn't have it. The box packaging only has a serial number too. No IMEI number.
