No human intervention
I am writing a complaint in hoping that this will get Cell C's attention. I have been trying to contact them for most of the morning and all I get is the non intelligent voice automation system and no human intervention in sight.<br> All I want to do is give notice that I do not wish to renew my contract and there is simply no one I can get hold of.<br> I wonder if cell C still has people working for them and whether still take contract cancellations....<br> <br> Not ****** impressed.
