No help with Covid-19 Financial Relief
with the Covid-19 ruining many lives financially, i reached out to Cell C to provide me with some financial relief during these trying times as our salaries were substantially decreased. I have reached out to cell c on 8 May 2020, I sent the required documents to them, the document receipt was acknowledged! Today I am yet again being asked for documents!!!! i did make payments but not as required, as I have no monies!!!!!
cell c is going around in circles with my request!!!! unbelievable!!!! i will be reaching out to Ombudsman consumer services!!!!!!
