No help with contract

My wife took out a cell c contract for both of us wich includes galaxy ear buds as attached. We have been asking and quering with cellc store at mall of the north for months, since time of contract. I've queried myself with your contact centre but they only want to confirm with the account holder of whom is my wife, while I was in the store. This is really unacceptable since I do have one of the contract phones and was instore with the manager to get clarification. My wife has been trying to call 084 143 the entire day today and no one answered. This number was given to me by one of your consultants last week by the name of Seawager Mafolo. I asked him to speak to his manager by the name of Dikeledi Mduli, he dropped the phone in my ear. If this matter is not resolved by close of business today, unfortunately action will have to get taken.
