No help in emergency
Today my cell phone got ****** and I was trying to get hold of the call cnetre on 140 and could not get through. Apparently Cell C changed the call centre number without communicating to their customers. I phoned the liberty mall store and spoke to sunil giving my cell number to block. Fortunately I went later to Cell C store in town and then they blacklisted saying the mall did not blacklist or block it. When i went to police station I phoned the mall branch and then Sunil says I should phone the call centre at the store they do sales. So Cell C does not worry about their customers in an emergency. This was a contract phone. Why the change of number was not communicated to customers.
