No help from Cellc to loyal client
My phone was ****** on 1st September 2022 and went to SAPS to open a case. SAPS can only provide me case number if I have ITC number from Cell C. I called Cell C on same night and reported this, I was told that I will get ITC number within 48 Hours via SMS or phone call. After numerous call of week , now I am told I must fill in form to get ITC number. Never mind I filled form and sent it to ***. meantime I called to report black list on 1st.. again so many phone call and I am told it's at back office.. consultant not competent enough to resolve this and told manager will call me but it's a total lie. To this date I have not received ITC number. This is really a joke that Cellc can't provide with ITC number even after 15 Days. I am using Cellc for about 10 years and highly discouraged using this network after treated like non important case..

Why don't you get that from e mail address that was sent to me and it was sent by cell c staff.. why don't you follow reference given to me on 1st September. Why make my life difficult. Cellc comes with different story every time. Really. This is what it's called a joke

If you have one, please send it through, but, if you don't, then please provide us with an email to which we can send the form to.
