No Help from Cell C Call Centre

Good Day, My husband went from Vodacom to Cell C he kept his Vodacom Number. <br> Now when he phones it keeps on tell us its a private number. We phoned the call centre the lady said everything is fine on her side but 3 weeks later still nothing his number is still showing private number. Biggest mistake going over to Cell C. Never have Reception no Service if you ask for help. If i phone they are rude and tell me they can help. Will denf not recomend anyone to go over to Cell C
