No help from Cell C
For the last week or so I could not get any phone calls on my phone but i can get SMS`s and also Whatsapp Messages. So for the last 3 tot 4 days I have been struggling with Cell C to tell me what is going on. Every time they tell me the back office will get back to me and when they do phone me, they phone me on my number that i can not get any calls on, which is the hole reason for my call to CELL C. If only it was easy to chance my number i would have done it, but doing it is yet another head ack which i do not wanne do. All they can tell me aswell is " Sorry for the inconvenience. Great work CELL C Just a note for who wants to switch over to CELL C. Think carefully
