No help for TWO WEEKS!

I have had no service for TWO WEEKS NOW! I sent through all my proof of payments and still no connection. This is the worstbservice I have ever encountered. I cannot phone them because they suspended my service and then they tell me to phone the number they give me but I cannot do ANY OUTGOING CALLS. THIS HAS BEEN DRAGGING ON FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. THANK GOD I HAVEN'T BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE I HAD TO CALL FOR HELP AND NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP BECAUSE OF THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE.
