No Help, bad serve from courier

I was supposed to receive a device today which did not happen as courierit driver could not find my address, but their contact center and cell c consultant could pick it up... I spent & wasted time with rude people from courierit and a manager by the name of Ashler Mzizi who also could pick up my address, the courier people can't even promise the delivery time tomorrow after i told them i will be traveling from 10am, i guess they don't care. Now I'm a client of cell C & you chose courierit which is your client never had issues with Ram, if the parcel is not here tomorrow by 10 please cancel the application. I will port my number to another Service provider & won't be renewing the 2nd contract with you.
