No help at all

I have been a client for more then 10 years I was trying to find out for a new contract a upgrade or a full payment and then upgrade . A lady named zanele in upgrades refused me assistance because my details was not correct just after I confirmed my details with a customer care agent and it was perfect . I told her my details didn't change she must make sure she refused said I must call again . Said she can't transfer me to someone to help . Refused to give me her details for complaint . There it goes ima take my money to a company that wants It .
