No happy with the service

We have been struggling with Cell C for over 8 months to just get our accounts closed. Our accounts was paid and the one account had a credit, and the other a debit. The credit was just supposed to be transferred into the debit, as both accounts was in my husband's name. We have made several attempts to solve this and we lodged several disputes. The service is poor. Hope management will take our request serious now.
