No handset delivered as yet after one and a half months waiting

<p>A sales consultant (Delmornay Jacobs) from Cell C Selldirect called me on the 19/05/2016 asking me if i would like to upgrade my current Contract as it was due for an upgrade. I agreed thereto telephonically and was promised that i will have my hanset (Samsung J1 Mini) by latest Monday, 23/05/2016. Monday came and went. I followed up with a different consultant (Ashri) by Wednesday, 25/05/2016 and was promised that she will resolve the matter timeously.</p> <p> </p> <p>A week passed without getting any feedback from Cell C. I followed up and was again promised pie in the sky by Serea whom told me that she will resolve the matter. Needless to say nothing happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>My latest follow up was with a gentleman called Nelesh on Monday, 04/07/2016 whom again promised me pie in the sky and to deliver my handset as soon as possible. At this point of time i am so fed up with Cell C as they do not seem phased to resolve my issue/problem. I will be notifying my bank in due course to stop the debit order loaded onto my account as Cell C is not meeting their obligation to me as their client.</p> <p> </p> <p>Conclusion: With such luxurious and spacious offices as that of Cell C in Johannesburg one would expect excellent customer services. However, that seems to be the last thing on their priority list.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy customer of 12 years plus!</p>
