No go area

I have tried many attempts to cancel my contract with cell c from branch to the call center until I was put on hold for 30 minutes still not cancellation. My contract term is over and the account is paid up still no cancellation, I was made to confirm my name, ID NUMBER 4 times just to be put on hold... Cell c is dangerous.
