Hi there. Work phone got sent in three weeks ago and have had no or little feedback on whats wrong with it or when it will be returned. Its return is getting rather urgent and call centers keep dropping the call or passing the buck and there seems to be mass confusion.<br> sincerely<br> good and loyal customer.<br>
