No follow up after Cell C stole my money

After months of Cell C making ********** debuts from my account, I raised this with them and sent them all the documents they asked for so they could investigate. This is in July 2015, they then send me an email stating they will be in contact in 2 days, my only request was that they pay back all monies debuted from my account and stop making such debuts as I've never ever had a cell c contract. It's now Aug 2015, more than 2 days later and no one from cell c has had the decency to contact me with an update/ apology for the trouble I've been put through or even to let me know about my refund! Nothing! I want my money back, it's mine and was never owed to cell c. Owning up to your mistake doesn't make you weak, this incompetence does! This clear effort at hiding ***** within your organization is disgusting and affects people's lives, this behaviour affects me, my credit rating. I'm so disappointed, I will not be taken advantage of in this manner. It's high time big organisations realise they can't get away with such things
