No FICA regulations followed

How can Cell C allow ********** to open accounts and simply refuse to do a proper internal investigation???? A Cell C cellphone account was **********ly opened in my name around Feb 2021. I contacted Cell C as soon as the 1st debit order went off mybank account. I requested that they block the sim card and to investigate how the account was opened without the required original FICA docs. I have been making contact with various Cell C departments for assistance becasue the ***** department does not seem interested in investigating the matter. The only action I've seen is a trace locator actioned against me and a now tarnished credit score. Cell C has not once contacted me or responded directly to my emails. The deafening silence is shocking!!!
