No fibre support received

No support received I get told that we will follow up so many times and someone will call you in 24 to 48 hrs and guess what no one calls. Then I get a ridiculous excuse that head office striking. But when I call head office there is no strike. It’s been like this every month. I will be cancelling not just my fibre but when my exclusive account comes up for renewal guess what that will be cancelled to and my other voice line yes that’s right I have 2 voice lines with cell c the other one is due for upgrade this year and it will be cancelled as well. Just letting you know in advance.

I spend over R3300 a month at Cell C which will be coming to an end as the the contracts come up for cancellation. And since fibre is month to month that will be ending soon the minute I have for quotes from the other providers.
