NO FIBRE INTERNET FOR 4 DAYS AND COUNTING - NO ETA CONFIRMATION OR CAUSE REPORTED

I am writing to lay an official complaint about your unacceptable service. We have not had fibre internet connection for 4 days and counting and you have not issued an official statement to all of those customers affected, which is the least you could do. You have stated that over 300 clients are experiencing this issue. We have called, emailed and interacted with you via social media receiving a different excuse every time and STILL NO ETA. The last thing we heard is that all ex iConnect customers are affected due to the transfer - THE FORCED TRANSITION TOOK PLACE 2 YEARS AGO!!! We DEMAND a proper response and compensation for the severe consequences of your interrupted service. We are PAYING CUSTOMERS that deserve to know what is going on and WHEN the problem will be resolved. WhatsApp and Facebook groups are flooded with residents complaining about your careless approach to a situation like this. I URGE YOU TO FIND THE PROBLEM WITH OUR ACCOUNT AND FIX IT URGENTLY.
