No Fibre for days
I have a Cell C fibre line which is constantly going down. 3rd time in a month and they take days to resolve and numerous calls. I pay R900 per month for this service but its pathetic. CellC blames Vumatel and the buck continues. They constantly open tickets which dont get resolved ISP 274533

20 Jan 2021, 14:57So case ISP 274533 was logged on 18/01 as the internet failed. When I called after over 70 mins another case is logged ISP 275703 and I am told that this will be resolved within 3 working days. So i pay for internet and not receive the service and this is forcing me to go into the office and risking my life but I guess that you dont care as I have already paid for the service which I am not receiving
