No fibre connection for days

I have unfortunately not had any fibre connection from Friday morning 8am till Sunday 6pm for about 4hrs only to lose connection again around 10pm. I have called CellC numerous times and no clear explanation was given is to what the issue is. As someone who is working from home with a condition that puts me at risk of a Covid infenctuon, I am forced to work from home and unfortunately CellC has denied me that as I have not had any connection for 4days and COUNTING
