No Fibre and CellC does not care

Day 4 without Fibre. Pillar to Post blame here blame there. Every call agent provides different idea of situation. Every situation needs to be escalated and nothing ever happens with escalations. All I need is someone that can do stuff without escalation. Someone technical that has authority to do everything.

Tickets gets closed without being resolved.
