No fibre
I hve no fibre for the past to days isp 681005 cell c says vumatel must fix vumatele states the connection is right so please can you just sort out my connection problems

I was told by cell c to switch of wait 15 min and then switch back on still no fibre . Called. Was told to reconfigure step by step . But still i dont have any **** fibre can you poeple. Please sort out this problem

27 Feb 2022, 06:49Dear cell c the key to the problem was to reset the router i remembered this as its been configured before and yes its up and running smoothly . Please close the isp thanks
