No fiber and i have loged a complain befor and no feedback

Highly disipointed cell c fiber down payment needs to be made or you need to pay a fine but when it does not work they tell you they need to link a complain can take 48 to 72 hours but payment needs to be made asb main reason i canceled my cellc cellphone contract and i have loged a complain on the problem befor and im still waiting for a technician to com an check
