No feefeedback and out of stock

I went into the Carlswald Cell C branch on the 27th of June 2015 to enter into a contract for 20 gigs of data including a ****le for R199 for 24 months. My contract was approved but they did not have any ****les in stock. I asked the sales person to contact me as soon as they received stock. I have tried calling their branch on many occasions but the number is always engaged. I called the call centre and they weren't very helpful regarding the matter. Finally I went back to the branch a week ago and the sales person still could not give me a straight answer as to when I would be receiving my ****le.
