No Feedback three weeks !
I had gone into Cell C Game City Durban first week Feb to cancel a contract. I had a contract for my husband who passed away. They gave me account details to deposit the outstanding amount - which I did 15th February 2016. Emailed the proof of payment and asked to cancel the contract. Went into Game City branch - who took my proof of payment - but cannot confirm that the contract will be cancelled end of the month. Branch nor call centre are giving me feedback whether the number will be cancelled end of the month.
