No feedback since last week

I have upgraded my Cell C contract about 3 months and i have had endless problems.<br> 1.My previous minutes disappear and then after complaining on Hello Peter Cell C refunds me my free minutes and then after a month its gone again.<br> 2.After completing the upgrade i took a Huawei G7 and this phone does not take BIS which i have been paying for since July 2015. and i did NOT active his service.(on my previous contract is was FREE)<br> 3.I have called the contact center LAST WEEK and i have a reference number -*** but no feedback.<br> 4.I want my refund for the BIS that i was paying for since the upgrade was done and additional any time data for my inconvenience of cost or i will cancel my contract .
