No feedback received arrears not cleared on ITC

Account paid in July and still reflects as arrears on ITC-- account no : ********** 47 -- numerous e mails sent and no response received i had enough of this.People have the audacity to lie to me about arrears been cleared.i have drawn ITC and sent proof that its still reflecting.....i am waiting for you guys to send me the PROOF that has been cleared on your side as well. I will be taking this matter up to the CEO if that's what's needed to get feedback. I spent a lot on making follow ups i need this arrears cleared as in yesterday.... i want be accepting any calls where people lie.... *super angry* get THIS SORTED PLEASE.
