<p>Good day Cell C team.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date, my father and i have not received any feedback regarding our query, and a consultant by the name of Yavela Sibiya was extremely rude towards us, eventually she dropped the call on my ear. I know that by logging this query im just wasting my time, anyway i still cry for assistance. May that consultant not call me i plead.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for not replying for the query, i highly appreciate it.</p>
On the 28/03/2017 you were contacted and assisted with your query. The consultant provided you with feedback and emailed the usage report. However we will get one of our team members to assist further.
We will address the poor service you received from the consultant with the respective manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified.
